The Process
From Dream… To Reality
Dream it.
We will start with gathering information regarding the scope of your project. Please send inquiry through the contact section with a general idea of your project and attach any pictures you may have to give us an idea of your needs for the project. Based on this information, we will schedule an on-site consultation to refine the project scope.
We will then create a design proposal that will cover the scope of work, our fees, and working guidelines based on the scope. We will then review the proposal with you.
Design it.
Upon execution of the proposal, we start work on the schematic design drawings for your project. We first start by reviewing imagery with you to determine the style and design direction for the project. We then create floor plans with a few options to show you the possibilities and then refine them based on your feedback. Once the floor plan and design concept has been determined, we begin the selection of fabrics, finishes, furnishings, art etc to present to you. Once these selections have been made, we compile the final design details and put together pricing for all work, and create a comprehensive budget. Once we have all of the design elements, we present the design development boards for the whole project to you. At this point we get your approval on all selections for the project.
Implement it.
Implementation consists of all the project management to bring the design to reality. We manage all the purchasing, receiving, and delivery; oversight of architecture and construction. We visit workrooms to check on production and refine those special details that can only be handled in person. We also perform site visits to check quality, ensure the vision is being achieved, and resolve any unforeseen issues that inevitably arise over the course of a project.
Install it.
At the completion of construction we setup the installation of furniture, fixtures, accessories, and art and style everything in the space to complete the vision.
Finish it.
At the end of the project we complete a walkthrough where we note anything that isn’t quite right. All deficiencies will be resolved in a timely manner. We send you the final invoices and project documentation for your payment and records. We also take photos of your space to show the before-and-after.
